Preventive maintenance means, expensive, cleaning equipment is always ready for use with no non-productive downtime. Busy, shorthanded maintenance staff are saved working on equipment they are unfamiliar with, so they are free, to work on equipment they are trained for. With a maintenance agreement, all labour charges and call fees are covered, which helps with budgeting. Service visits are planned to suit customer, and operators can be trained on the premises during service visits. No delivery charges are made to preventive maintenance customers.
