This is put between the vacuum cleaner unit & where the bulky, or fine particled debris, or product is being picked from, to prevent the vacuum filter becoming clogged, or when vacuuming up moderate amounts of wet debris, it may be deposited in here before it gets to the vacuum cleaner. Also available as 50 litre version similar to that shown in the picture, but half the height .
