This pack consists of the rear, black coloured filter grill with a microfilter. This microfilter can be used INSTEAD of the TYPE H10 filter PN 78601000

The lower picture shows the TYPE H10 Filter PN 78601000 with both front & rear views of the box & the TYPE H10 filter.
The two lower left items show the TYPE H10 filter in place in the back grill, compared with the Microfilter also in place in the grill, in the bottom left of the picture.
I would say, if you need the grill buy this and if you need the TYPE H10 Filter buy 78601000.
