Nilfisk Extreme Front Castor, This also fits the Nilfisk GM and GS 90, The Nilfisk GD 1000 Series, which includes the Nilfisk 1005, Nilfisk 1010, Nilfisk Family & Nilfisk Business.
It also fits the Nilfisk GM 200 series, the GM 300 series, the GM 400 Series & the Nilfisk GM 500 King series.
The photo depicts the current castor, but the exploded view, shows the earlier type.
The front one is easy to replace, however, the back ones require the whole machine to be stripped, not an easy job if you've not done it before.
If the front wheel is good & it's the old grey type with the ball bearing in it, then it may be replaced with the new wheel, & this wheel moved to replace a single rear wheel that's broken.
In that case, carefully lever off the back broken wheel. stright off, in line with the axel on which it pivots.
If you havent busted it, you'll see how it's done. Then do the same with the front, check the C clip is still on the pivot axel & you have the ball bearing & replace these parts on the rear.
Then use a new wheel on the front of the machine.
