Orgiinally sold as the Nilfisk GS 90 & GM 90, it was the domestic version of the iconic Nilfisk GS 80. With the very sturdy ABS plastic body, two centre side wheels and fore & aft castors, it's easier to move around whilst vacuuming and the middle rubber bumper strip is kinder to furniture and wall corners.

Later in the 1990's it was sold in Navy Blue with a HEPA filter, as The Nilfisk Allergyvac.

For the cleaning contractors market, a grey version with a flat main filter & fixed cable was named the G90 C.
