In the picture, it's the part on the bottom. It may be fitted into the cuff, at the top of the picture either way. Usually, it's regulator closest to the cuff for ladies and furthest away for gents, the reason being gents are USUALLY taller than ladies!! Whichever suits, go figure!!
The bent tube for George is different, having a place for the trigger to mount on.
